If I Won the Lottery?!

What would you do if you won the lottery?

I have poor luck, so if I happened to hit the lotto, I’d probably lose my ticket before collecting. 🙃

Ok for real: I’ve actually thought about this a lot even though I am not a regular lotto player. I guess it’s one of those fantasies everyone has for their life. I used to say I’d disappear from work and that’d be that; however, the older I get, the more I doubt that I’d just up and quit in reality. There’s so many factors that would need to be weighed, like the amount of the lottery and how it’s being paid out. I’ve also heard about those people that win it big, spend it all, and end up with nothing in the end. I admittedly love spending money, so this is a legitimate self-concern from my perspective. I can imagine it would be pretty exciting and easy to get carried away. There’s also so much to consider regarding how other people react and if I’d be able to keep a secret like that to myself, or combust.

Okay back to the actual question- I can think of a million possible things, again all depends on the situation. Top priorities would be to build my dream home, go on a vacation with family, and put money away for both my kids and future retirement!

All in all, it would be glorious to have the excess money and know if something bad happened tomorrow I wouldn’t be doomed.
